Heather, I know! I was afraid I would just instantly start to love him and not be able to back it up, but HEL-LO Berns! I mean I love callups when they come up to Buffalo for 1 game...ok, except Gragnani, he was terrible. Imagine the toll Big Bear has taken on my heart! He's new! He's talented! Who predicts the rush of drunkies rushing to NHL.com to buy their Bernier jersey? This girl.
HANDS OFF! He's mine. I'm already fundraising for the customized jersey.
Steve Bernier is a very loveable guy. Enjoy him. I guess I'll be following Buffalo a lot more now :)
PS-If you're interested in seeing some Baby Bear. He was always loveable...http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/jj132/slightlysaucy/BabyBear.jpg
Awwww! Baby Bear! I love love love old pictures of hockey players. They're always cute, no matter how awkward. Always adorable.
Heather B, I'm just glad that Steve is being appreciated on his new team. I was worried that he would be shunned and disliked and some such thing. I'm very relieved that's not at all the case!He is very adorable--the accent is what did it for me (There's this one thing on Shark Byte where he was talking about some sign he had seen at game and he says 'art' instead of 'heart', ah! Just too cute! I could just go on and on!), but it certainly doesn't hurt that he's just adorable too! I think loving Bear just comes over you instantaneously (like he doesn't grow on you over time, you just see the guy and love him).No problem with the photo, I've got quite the Big Bear collection! Sorry this is a novel of a comment...
Not only did this guy score 2 goals, 3 points and deck a guy for messing with Little D, but he sounds almost exactly like Gilbert Perreault.Give him the key to city right now!!And stay away from him Kevin Lowe, I got my eye on you.
Steve is cute but Andrew Peters is WAYYYYYYY sexy. I am a big fan of Buffalo!!!!
