I had to listen to the game on-line thanks to the Direct TV/Versus pissing contest (I call it that because they are both PISSING ME OFF). Anyway, listening to a frustrating game was worth it just to hear RJ say "Top shelf - where mama hides the cookies!!" I thought of your blog right away.
I didn't watch much of the game last night thanks to it being on Versus and me not being able to stand it, but we tuned in during OT to watch Roy score. I thought the Leafs were going to take the game for sure, but good thing they didn't. Keeping the streak alive.

The math might work better as Playing Leafs + Playing Poorly + Winning = hi-freakin-larious. ^_^
Jonathan, math isn't my strong suit. :)
Your math is fine. I was just being cheeky.
Your math is also better at 22-10-3 than my Habs at 17-18-3.

Actually I like the (Winning despite playing poorly).... interpreted as multiplication, it makes it sooooo much better than simple addition!
When does carrying the two come into this equation?
I will take a win over a bad team while playing poorly any day.
